USPS to lower rates!!!

Have you all heard about this amazing news???  From April 10, 2016, the USPS will be lowering their rates back to what it was last 2015.  Did you read that right????  Yes!!!  This is totally unheard of and music to my ears!!  It's time to get ready to buy more ribbon!
